Submitting Documents via the NITE Website

To apply for special test accommodations, examinees must submit documents in accordance with the guidelines in the NITE website.

  • All the documents must be in a PDF format.
  • Pictures, text files, compressed or encrypted files may not be submitted.
  • Files exceeding 8 MB may not be submitted.

How to convert a file to a PDF format?

You can find many tools on the internet for converting Word and Excel files, pictures etc. to a PDF format.

My PDF file is too large, what should I do?

If your file is larger than 8 MB, you will not be able to upload it via the NITE website.

  • It is recommended to upload each file separately.
  • The file can be divided into separate files, using a program such as PDF2GO (NITE is not responsible for the reliability of this program or its use).

I am trying to upload a PDF file, but it is not recognized. What should I do?

If the file is encrypted, damaged or illegible for any reason, you will not be able to upload it. If this is the case, you must create a new PDF file.

Can I upload the files using my mobile phone?

You are advised to submit your request for special test accommodations on your computer, but you can also do so on mobile phones . To upload your documents, save them on your mobile phone or on a file sharing system such as DropBox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive etc. When you upload the documents, select the file folder where you saved your files and upload them one at a time, according to the instructions.
