- NITE is the exclusive and absolute owner and copyright-holder of the tests, including the questions, the texts and the test format, and all rights in these protected works are solely reserved to NITE.
- NITE grants permission to use the tests for personal practice and preparation for individual, non-commercial, purposes, not including copying or distributing materials to third parties.
- NITE forbids any other usage of the tests or any part of them, including but not limited to: copying, duplication, scanning, transcription, translation, processing, creation of derived works, inclusion in data storage systems, publication or distribution by any means, usage as part of courses/classes/training, and also usage for purposes of research, experiments, surveys, questionnaires, assessment, training of models or any other activity except personal preparation for the test.
