1. NITE is the exclusive and absolute owner and copyright-holder of the tests, including the questions, the texts and the test format, and all rights in these protected works are solely reserved to NITE.
2. NITE grants permission to use the tests for personal practice and preparation for individual, non-commercial, purposes, not including copying or distributing materials to third parties.
3. NITE forbids any other usage of the tests or any part of them, including but not limited to: copying, duplication, scanning, transcription, translation, processing, creation of derived works, inclusion in data storage systems, publication or distribution by any means, usage as part of courses/classes/training, and also usage for purposes of research, experiments, surveys, questionnaires, assessment, training of models or any other activity except personal preparation for the test.
