About the AMIR Test

The English Proficiency Test (AMIR) is designed to enable academic institutions to assess applicants’ English language proficiency in order to place them in mandatory English courses or exempt them from such courses.

The test evaluates applicants’ passive command of English at the level required to read and understand academic texts.
